Every True Beauty House order ships with tracking.
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it. It can take a few days after that for the tracking to start showing movement. That is normal, and it does not mean your order is lost.
Where to find your tracking.
- Open the shipping confirmation email from True Beauty House and tap Track your order.
- No email? Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Made an account at checkout? Log in to see your orders and their tracking.
Still cannot find it? Send us your order number on WhatsApp +297 630 4710 or by email to truebeautyhouse.sales@gmail.com and we will send you the tracking link, usually the same day.
