Shipping policy

Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Shipping cost: our bestselling formulas ship free worldwide. A small number of specialty formulas carry a flat tracked-shipping fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time: parcels are shipped from our fulfilment partners and typically arrive within 10 to 25 business days depending on your country. Every parcel is tracked.

Customs: international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at cacalycac@gmail.com and we will reship or refund.
